Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Overview
This policy applies to deposit payments made through the Qrave platform when placing an order at a participating venue. Please read this policy carefully before completing a deposit payment.
2. How the Deposit Works
When you place an order through Qrave, you may be asked to pay a deposit online via a certified third-party payment provider to confirm your order. This deposit:
- Confirms your order with the venue.
- Is collected by Qrave as a booking confirmation fee.
- Is deducted from your total bill at the venue. You pay only the remaining balance (order total minus the deposit amount) directly to the venue when you receive your food or service.
- The venue accepts the remaining balance in their preferred methods (POS terminal, cash, etc.).
3. Deposits Are Generally Non-Refundable
Deposit payments are generally non-refundable. Once a deposit payment has been successfully processed and the order confirmed, the deposit will not ordinarily be refunded — including for change of mind, failure to arrive at the venue, or dissatisfaction with the service or food. Exceptions may apply in cases such as technical errors or duplicate payments — see Section 4.
4. Exceptions
A refund may be considered for a confirmed duplicate charge (billed more than once for the same order), a verifiable payment processing error, or if the venue permanently ceases operations after your deposit was paid and before your order was fulfilled. To request a review, contact us within 7 days of the payment date at [email protected] with your order reference number.
5. Order Modifications
After placing an order and paying the deposit, you may be able to add additional items through the Qrave interface. Additional items are added to your balance and paid at the venue. No additional deposit is required. Removing items from a confirmed order is subject to the venue's policy and does not entitle you to a deposit refund.
6. Payment Provider
Deposit payments are processed securely by a certified third-party payment provider. Qrave does not store card numbers or CVV codes. All card data is handled by the payment provider in accordance with PCI DSS standards. If you believe an error occurred during payment processing, contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate with the payment provider.
7. Subscription Cancellations
For venue operator subscription payments:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing page. No refund is issued for the current billing period — access continues until the period ends.
- Free trials can be cancelled at any time with no charge.
- If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the platform for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us and we will review your case.
- Unused AI chat sessions do not roll over to the next month.
8. Chargebacks
Filing a chargeback for a deposit or subscription payment without first contacting Qrave to resolve the issue may result in the suspension of access to the platform. We encourage you to contact us directly — most issues can be resolved quickly.
